The third preseason game has come and gone in the NFL. While it used to be almost a full game cameo for the starters, it has now evolved into a half game leaving us with bits and pieces of information from a little over a full game for most of the starters around the league. I have compiled the first edition of my Top 200 for this season to act as a pre-draft rankings tool as well as a post-draft trading tool for fantasy football owners.

Here we are again. This time, I'll be going over my top ten wide receivers. While I'm likely to only get one of these guys because I draft my first wide receiver in the third round, it's important to know who I'm drafting when I'm on the clock.
My strategy this year, unless something extraordinary happens, is to go running back, running back, wide receiver, and then best available from there. The following rankings are compiled based on a standard point per reception league, because honestly, who plays non-PPR these days?
