My iCon Draft Plan - if the motive is Profit

Here is how I would attack a fantasy football draft at Icon. The line up is as follows 1QB 2RBs 3Wrs 1 TE 1 Flex (RB, WR or TE) 1 ppr and 4 points per passing TD.

With that said...here is where I start going HAM on the draft. Because this is big boy fantasy football...there is no drafting a QB in the first two rounds of this draft. Ideally, I would not draft a stud QB until the fifth round of the fantasy football draft. If I have one of the first four spots in the draft, I draft a RB. Picks 5-12 I have a lot of flexibility on what I want to do: I would have no problems leaving the first two rounds with Gronk and Graham, because I can flex one...and kill the talent pool in that area. I know that my flex will be competitive, and might outscore the competition. I could draft a RB and a WR. I might even go WR, WR. Now read this very carefully...do not give the first four guys an extra advantage by drafting second and third tier running backs...punish them by taking the first tier WRs and TEs...so when it gets back to them...all they are left with are first tier QBs and second and third tier WRs, TEs, and RBs. Yet, too many drafters are so STUPID that they must grab a crappy running back who has no possibility of running with the elite running backs. McFadden...he is blood (distant), but he is too fragile to be a first round pick. He is too fragile to be a second round RB. All Day is a beast...but he has a ACL...3rd round back (at the earliest)...Charles...ACL...3rd round (at the earliest)...Sproles...can he do it again? Lynch...can he keep going beastmode now that he has been paid straight cash money?
Instead, go with Fitz, White, Welker, and Jennings...if you are brave go with Megatron...but he is not for me. These guys can put up numbers that rival the top four RBs. Put two of these guys on your team and pray I can find someone at RB who can get the job done.
Rounds 3-5...I am taking a shot at round three to win the league. I want someone who can go beastmode week after week. If one of the two elite TEs make it this far...they are on my team...at this point I am done with RBs. I do not think I can find a good RB during these two rounds. So I am going to find a QB and add at least two WRs during these three rounds. I can start 4 WRs...I can black the sky with guys who will either have big games or consistent games. As the NFL evolves into a passing league...the only thing staying behind is fantasy football...why?
Round 6: I am taking my shot...I might draft someone here two rounds or higher than that player's average draft position. Why...because this player could make or break my team. If I have not drafted a TE, this is a great spot to draft one...or I could add another WR at this point. It is in the 6th round that the value of RBs starts becoming more aligned with my sense of value. It is at this point, I start drafting RBs, unless there is some value at WR or TE that I love.
Rounds 7-10: I am looking to fill out my starting line-up...I will grab a QB during these rounds if I do not have one on my team. QBs are very important...but due to the number of starting positions in this league...I can wait because the impact that the QB has on the team is diminished only slightly. I think I can win with a QB found during these rounds...if I had to wait. I also feel comfortable about grabbing my first TE during these rounds. However, I need to be loading up on RBs. I am targeting guys who can either catch a lot of passes or guys who could be the starter. I do not want a vulture back at this point...I need someone who can give me 10 points a week at the RB position during these rounds...or who could be a starter, and if they are the starter they can score over 16 PPG once they start.
I will expand my thinking later...but this is my plan.
